When we hear the word “freedom”, we may associate it with various different things:

For some of us, freedom is equated with material wealth that allows us to acquire the things we desire, to travel the world, to give generously, or support those we care about.

For others, freedom represents the ability to express their views freely. Yet, this kind of freedom is still a privilege not enjoyed everywhere.

Some long for the freedom of enjoying a healthy and strong body. Especially if physical pain or disability is a constant challenge, the ability to move and live without suffering may be their deepest yearning.

Others regard freedom to be liberation from confinement – whether in a prison cell, or within the borders of a country they’re not allowed to leave. In such places, the mere desire to cross a border can be seen as a crime.

But what about freedom of thought – the right to learn, to question, to seek truth without censorship? While we may take this for granted, many live under regimes where the act of seeking knowledge can carry serious consequences.

Freedom takes many forms, but regardless of what it means for the individual, the longing for it is universal, because it arises from the heart.

Our heart – the seat of our soul, the source of love and of inspiration, and the core from which our gifts and talents flow – is the one that is instilling our longing for freedom.

What if we could begin to satisfy that calling – not by waiting for external circumstances to change, but by shifting within? What if we imagined that we already possess the freedom we seek? If we visualized this life vividly – feeling the joy, gratitude and fullness it brings, and the connectedness with people we love – our heart would begin to align with that reality. We would feel sustained, fulfilled, connected, empowered, living the life of our dreams. In these visualizations we would feel the essence of freedom, its reality in energy form.

Everything that has ever come into physical form, existed first as a visual energy – whether the Eiffel Tower, the first jet engine, or a work of art. All were born in the mind’s eye and carried into reality by passion, imagination and determination.

Like inspiration, desire and creativity, freedom is a quality of the heart. Yet, the heart, our emotional core, can sometimes have a hard time moving past hopelessness, lack, and feelings of abandonment and betrayal. This is why it is so important to clear these dense and disempowering energies, and emerge into the true freedom that is our birthright. The physical manifestation of our dreams and desires will become a natural consequence.

It is good to begin clearing the dense emotions and limiting beliefs that have held us back for so long. There are powerful tools on the planet right now that can help us to do just that, and some of these are the Emotion Code, the Body Code, the Belief Code, and clearing the Heart-Wall, true gifts in a world that is so hungry for moving past pain into true fulfillment, love, joy and abundance.
